Frankie & Benny’s is a household favourite for many parents when it comes to eating out. The restaurant chain prides itself on being reasonably priced with a good range of meals which appeal to children and parents, whilst ensuring great customer service and family-friendly surroundings.

We delivered an engaging and footfall-driving, joined-up social media strategy, as well as advising digitally on all areas of online from social networks, SEO, Google local places, blogger engagement and micro seeding amongst other digital work. Underpinning all of the above was the desire to drive Facebook fans; ensure optimum engagement on the social network whilst ultimately, helping to drive footfall and sales. From Midweek Munchies to National Chip Week, Half Term Treats and National Pancake Week, using engaging posts and content we grew the Facebook page to 250K in less than 12 months!
