The development of the Artisan Evo provided ‘easy to install’ digital showering technology at an affordable price, filling a gap in a hugely competitive market. Being different was about being first. So, for the launch, our content needed to make noise, educate the trade and push boundaries. To excite the press and influencers we wanted to be different.
The range was exclusively unveiled at the innovative Inamo restaurant with its E-Table™, the world’s first interactive food ordering system. A private dining area, with a waterfall, was the perfect backdrop for presentations and product displays. To be different each attendee was given a branded tablet, with presentations and information shown on the screen and the ability to email all of the product information to their inboxes. It delivered the message that Bristan was about making digital easier and accessible. To educate the market we held exclusive live twitter Q&As with key publications, step-by-step installation features in print and online, as well as seeding and placement of installation videos using respected trade installers.
